Some time ago, Frank Magliato founded and served as President of Digitec2000, Inc., a telecom company that sold prepaid long distance calling, both domestic and international calling. That was so successful and made such a good ROI, a few years later, he repeated himself as the founder, financier and president of Telecorp Inc., another long distance resale company. That was another success. Overall, Frank Magliato has more than 35 years of business experience, including plenty in both public and private sector. He has completed equity transactions in virtually every business sector, including real estate development, retail , telecommunications, and many others.

Due to his varied business experience throughout his long career, Frank Magliato has developed a very sharp business acumen in many ways. As President of private equity company Saddle River Associates & Company, Frank specialized in corporate transactions. As such, he led the completion of more than $500 million of projects overall, including his work on the sale of Natural Balance Pet Foods to food giant Del Monte, as well as a $150 million Panamanian real estate development project.
